Of the 250 acres of Fishers Castle Farm, 25 acres are designated to our PYO where a range of seasonal produce can be picked.

Our season usually starts off in March with rhubarb. Keep an eye on our website for the latest PYO and farm shop produce or call us on 01562 700985.

The pick your own fields close 15 minutes before our normal closing hours.

Stanleys Farm PYO season usually follows the below:

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BELOW IS A GUIDE TO WHAT IS AVAILABLE.

  • January - leeks, carrots, parsnips & swede
  • February - leeks, carrots, parsnips & swede
  • March - rhubarb (in an early season) cabbage & parsnips
  • April - rhubarb & cabbage
  • May - rhubarb & cabbage
  • June - rhubarb, gooseberries, cabbage, cauliflower, black currants & STRAWBERRIES!
  • July - strawberries, raspberries, currants (black, red, and white) gooseberries, broad beans, carrots, beetroot, cauliflower, cabbage, calabrese, spring onions & courgettes
  • August - raspberries, stick beans, onions, cauliflower, cabbage, calabrese, courgettes, marrows & beetroot
  • September - raspberries, onions, white and red cabbage, swedes, leeks, parsnips & beetroot
  • October - raspberries, leeks, parsnips, carrots, pumpkins, squashes swedes, sprouts & cabbage
  • November - sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, leeks, swede & carrots
  • December - sprouts, cabbage, swede & leeks
