The Stanley family has farmed the 250 acre Fishers Castle Farm for over 75 years, being passed down from generation to generation. Today the farm is run by David Stanley, the latest in the Stanley line. You will often meet him out in his tractor planting the next season’s crops.
Forty years ago Jane Stanley had the great idea to bring the taste and quality of traditional local foods grown on the farm straight to locals through the farm shop and it’s 25 acres of Pick Your Own fruit and vegetables.
These days you will find Jane & David Stanley overseeing all the activities at Fishers Castle Farm along with a dedicated team to ensure a smooth and efficient running of the farm.
